The laboratory supports the DKTK project “implementation of multidimensional biomarkers for risk-prediction in advanced radiotherapy concepts for patients with recurrent prostate cancer (IMPRO-REC)” with proteomic analyses, including quantitative, targeted, and spatially resolved proteomics; as well as focusing on the regulatory role of limited proteolysis.
