Working with RNA-Seq data in R:
Quantifying, exploring, modeling and interpreting gene expression data
The course will be held by Dr. Federico Marini, Deputy Head of the Statistical Genomics and Bioinformatics Division, IMBEI, Mainz.
It is aimed at advanced PhD students, clinician scientists and postdoctoral researchers working with RNA-Seq data in translational cancer research. Basic level experience with the R programming language is strongly recommended.
