DKTK BioDataHub Explorer – Research Data Overview
The DKTK BioDataHub Explorer enables oncology researchers across all DKTK sites and additional participating institutions to perform cross-site and cross-collection searches for patient data and bio samples.
Clinical parameters from tumor documentation and bio sample criteria can be queried in real time and displayed as aggregated case numbers and visualizations. This functionality provides a robust basis for feasibility assessments of research projects.
Data and bio samples remain decentralized at their respective sites and can be requested for scientific purposes via the BioDataHub.
Researchers from DKTK partner sites can apply for access to the web application using the registration form.
