How can scientific research create societal and economic impact? This compact online workshop is designed for researchers within the Helmholtz Association who are interested in exploring the innovation and transfer potential of their work, including pathways towards entrepreneurship.
The workshop provides a structured overview of key elements in the research-to-innovation journey – from initial idea validation and stakeholder perspectives to business model fundamentals, funding opportunities and support structures. Scientific thinking is combined with entrepreneurial tools, without requiring participants to already have a concrete startup idea.
Through a mix of short expert inputs, practical frameworks and guided discussions, participants gain orientation, clarity and decision support for their individual next steps.
