The aim of this course is to provide a solid grounding in the current methodology of early phase dose-finding trials.
Much theoretical development has taken place over the last 15 or so years. We will provide a broad coverage of the available methods. We aim to achieve a balance between theoretical considerations and practical implementation, including protocol development.
The presenters have extensive practical experience in the design and analysis of early phase dose-finding clinical trials. The main focus is oncology although other settings are considered.
Target audience: statisticians, trialists and medics with quantitative backgrounds
