Registration necessary: yes
From 24-26 August 2021, the 2nd Frankfurt Cancer Conference themed „From Molecular Research to Mechanism-based Cancer Therapy“ will take place as a virtual meeting. The international conference brings together leading cancer researchers, young scientists and oncologists to discuss the latest findings in translational cancer research.
The program features top-class experts and covers a broad spectrum of topics from oncogenic signaling, tumor microenvironment and cancer metabolism to targeted therapies and mechanism-based clinical studies. It also highlights current research projects of the University Hospital Frankfurt, the Goethe University, the University Cancer Center (UCT) Frankfurt, the Frankfurt Cancer Institute (FCI) and the DKTK partner site Frankfurt/Mainz.
Due to pandemic-related uncertainties in planning the conference, short-notice conceptual changes to the event are possible at any time. If the contact restrictions can be relaxed again in summer, the organizers would be happy to hold the conference as a hybrid event and welcome a limited number of participants on site at the Westend Campus of the Goethe University Frankfurt.
